Location
When you reach the centre of Galway city follow the signs for Salthill. you will be following along the coast road through Salthill with the sea on your left. Continue far about 1/2 mile past the end of the promenade until you approach a "T" junction. Turn into the right about 40 yards before you reach the "T" junction. Achill Lodge is the second house on your left facing the sea. If you arrive in Galway by bus or train, there is an excellent taxi service from the bus/train station or you may get the no 2 bus to Joyces Supermarket which is beside Achill Lodge.
